Biography
Dr. Waleed A. Mazi have a Master Degree in Clinical Microbiology graduated from Arabian Gulf University, Kingdom of Bahrain. He have a PhD Degree in Biological Sciences, Molecular Genotyping and Infection Control graduated from Karolinska Insitiutet in Stockholm, Sweden. He spent time for research projects at Strathclyde University in Glasgow, United Kingdom. Dr. Mazi was Infection Prevention and Control Director for MOH hospitals, Taif, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2009-2020 and currently is working as infection prevention and control director for King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital-Taif, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He interested in leadership, improvement projects and teaching in infection prevention and control.
